SMS and mail are billed at cost. What we pay is what you pay.

Most platforms mark up SMS and direct mail by 30–50%. We don't. The cost of every text and every letter is billed at our provider's published rate — the same rate we pay. SMS and mail appear on your invoice as separate line items.

Questions before you start.

Is there really no credit card required for the trial?

No card. You get fourteen days of full access, every feature, no limits. If you want to keep going, you add a card. If you don't, the account goes inactive. Nothing charges until you choose.

What happens if I go over the included user or phone number count?

Nothing breaks. The add-on appears on your next invoice at the prices listed above. No overage penalties. No surprise bills.

Can I bring my own Twilio or mail account?

Yes. LandDesk supports bring-your-own-provider for both SMS and mail if you already have an established account. You manage the provider relationship; LandDesk handles the workflow.

Are there annual plans or discounts?

Not at launch. Billing is monthly for now. We've designed the billing system so annual billing can be added later without disrupting accounts that prefer monthly.

What about record storage?

10 GB is included. We handle overages manually and conservatively — no automatic cutoffs or surprise charges.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the Settings menu at any time. The account remains active through the end of the current billing period. Export your data any time — full CSV export is built in.

What are AI Connections and why do they "replace seats"?

AI Connections are scoped keys that let a specific AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any compatible agent) act on a user's behalf inside LandDesk. If your VA works through ChatGPT, they don't need a LandDesk login — they connect their assistant with a key you generate. They get exactly the access you grant them. No seat purchase required.
