Every property record shows a Google Maps panel with satellite view and Street View access. Walk the parcel virtually before you get in the truck. The map is always there — not a separate tab, not a linked tool, directly on the record.

The map panel shows other properties in your pipeline as colored pins in the surrounding area. Pin color maps to pipeline status — green for active leads, blue for under contract, gray for closed. See at a glance whether you have neighboring inventory.

Pull back to the portfolio level with the Operations Map. View your entire pipeline across counties, with a density heatmap showing where your inventory is concentrated. Filter by pipeline stage to see just your active acquisitions or just your dispo inventory.

Draw a radius on the Operations Map and filter your pipeline to properties within it. Useful when evaluating a new county or reviewing coverage in a specific region. Save the view and come back to it without resetting the filters.
